New Chiropractic PatientsNew Patient Information

If you're new to Optimum Health Chiropractic Center, or even new to Chiropractic, we pledge to make your visits with us to be the most accommodating; in fact we promise.

Listed below is a step-by-step explanation of what you can expect when you come to be a new patient with us:

  1. We'll need to get some information; both historical and current.  Please see below to download forms that you can print out, complete and bring with you.  They are at the bottom of this page.  You can also fill out these forms when you visit, we're simply offering this to assist you in preparation.
  2. When you come into our office, you'll have a brief wait (if any) in our comfortable waiting room.
  3. Your first consultation will be with one of our highly qualified Chiropractic assistants.  This assistant perform a range of motion scan, and a surface electromyogram (EMG) .  If necessary, you will also have some x-rays taken.
  4. You will then have a brief wait while Dr. Stull studies the results of preliminary exams you had with our Chiropractic assistants.
  5. Dr. Stull will then sit down with you and discuss the results of your examinations.  If necessary or even emergency, he will perform a treatment.  Most likely, he will discuss your condition, and prescribe a treatment regiment to put you on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.
  6. Please ask as many questions as you feel necessary.  You can feel comfortable that no questions will be wrong.  Dr. Stull will be happy to answer.
  7. You will then work with another office staff to schedule treatments.  Be aware that we are more than happy to work around your schedule!  We realize that you are also busy and we have structured our hours to accommodate our patients.
If you have any other questions, just ask!  Contact us here.
